Frequently Asked Questions

  • Exclusive use of the event space, tables, chairs, 85' TV and A/V system.

  • Our venue accommodates up to 40 guests.

  • A signed contract and 50% deposit is required to confirm your event. Balance is due 48 hours before your event.

  • Your rental time includes all set up and breakdown. Please consider that when booking your rental.

  • There is free street parking in front of the building and along the side streets.

  • Yes! We set up tables + chairs in the layout of your choice. Any items rented through us are also set up

  • You are permitted to bring in any food, drinks, or decorations that you would like. Glitter, confetti, and sparklers are not permitted inside the venue.

  • We do not have a kitchen. We do have a refrigerator, microwave and counter space for any prep.

  • If a staff member is not there to let you in, there is a door code that you will be given.
