Our venue accommodates up to 40 guests.
A signed contract and 50% deposit is required to confirm your event. Balance is due 48 hours before your event.
Your rental time includes all set up and breakdown. Please consider that when booking your rental.
There is free street parking in front of the building and along the side streets.

Yes! We set up tables + chairs in the layout of your choice. Any items rented through us are also set up
You are permitted to bring in any food, drinks, or decorations that you would like. Glitter, confetti, and sparklers are not permitted inside the venue.
We do not have a kitchen. We do have a refrigerator, microwave and counter space for any prep.
If a staff member is not there to let you in, there is a door code that you will be given.
