• Access Times: Doors open at your appointment time. Please ensure that you include all setup and clean up time within the amount of time booked. For longer access, request ahead; we’ll check availability and fees.

• Studio Rental Includes: - See above in “What’s Included”

• Moving Furniture/Props: No decorations can be moved or changed, except for stools and the bench. Other props should remain in place unless approved. Please avoid any changes that affect wall finishes, flooring, or installed equipment.

• Parking: Free street parking is in front of the building and nearby streets.

• What’s the lighting like? We strive on natural light, but we do have a lighting kit available for use if needed. If you're booked later in the day, please be mindful of sunset on the day of your reservation and plan accordingly.

• Damages and Cleanup: You’re responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Please leave the space as you found it, and return all props to their designated places. A vacuum + broom + electric mop is available if needed.

• Capacity: Max 20 people at once.

• Pets: We love pets! They are more than welcome to come into the space. All we ask is that you bring appropriate cleaning supplies for any messes or hair left by the pet.

• Food and Drinks: No food or drinks are allowed on any setups or equipment. Any stains or messes, please notify SŌWA immediately.

• Office Access: Access to offices is not permitted.

• Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the premises or within 10 feet of any entrance.

• Cancellations:

  • 30+ days before: full refund

  • 14–29 days before: 50% refund

  • Less than 14 days: no refund
